Ahead of 100% Optical, EssilorLuxottica is inviting practitioners to its Kensington showroom on 28 February to take part in two education sessions and view its latest collection of frames, lenses and equipment.
The Leonardo team will lead two CPD sessions on ‘Challenging communications’ and ‘Dealing with clinical complaints’, worth three points each.
A demonstration of the free content available via its learning platform, Leonardo, will also be provided showcasing CPD approved discussion workshops and certification programmes as well as business courses and articles developed by experts from Harvard Business Review.
New collections from Jimmy Choo, Swarovski and Ferrari will showcase at the event, alongside new brands to its portfolio, Diesel eyewear, and Arnette and Sferoflex which are back in the UK and Ireland after a 15-year break. ECPs will also learn more about Ray-Ban Meta on the day.
Richard Davies, sales director for frames at EssilorLuxottica, said: “Our showroom event takes place the day before 100% Optical where we’ll also be exhibiting on stand E2 from 1-3 March.
“Hosting a pre-event gives us the chance to demonstrate our on-going commitment to supporting the community and elevating industry standards in terms of customer experience, by allowing independent ECPs to up-skill with educational content on offer and experience our impressive showroom ahead of the busy three days.
“It also provides an opportunity for those customers who cannot attend 100% Optical to come and meet the team, view our extensive product ranges, and experience our hospitality.”
The event will be followed by an evening reception at the Kensington Quarter restaurant.
Registration can be made through EssilorLuxottica frames representatives.
